White Floral Wedding Ceremony and Reception at Serra Plaza in Orange County

Michelle and Justin met on Serra Plaza’s second floor breezeway overlooking the San Juan Hills on the afternoon of their wedding. A tap on the shoulder turned Justin around to see his beautiful bride standing in front of him smiling from ear to ear. Sweet compliments were shared, and the couple read handwritten vows. Happy tears were shed as each word was spoken, and after the heartfelt moment, the wedding party lined up for the ceremony.
Guests signed Justin and Michelle’s guest book and found a seat in the Serra Plaza Courtyard. Sparkling chandeliers peeked through a canopy of green trees, and white floral arrangements decorated the Spanish fountain below. Once everyone was seated, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Michelle. Together in front of all their closest friends and family, Michelle and Justin read their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Crab Cakes were tray passed, Braised Pork Belly Bao was assembled at the Bao Bar, and Old Fashioned and Classic Margarita signature drinks were served. Everyone mixed and mingled until the sun began to set, then it was time for the reception.
Tables were decorated in white with pops of black and green. As soon as guests found their seats, the newlyweds made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared while Tequila Lime Chicken, Cabernet Braised Short Ribs, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto, Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Marinated Vegetables, and Caesar Salad were served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Brittany. After dinner, the couple cut into our Marble Wedding Cake with Cappuccino Creme Filling and invited everyone to indulge in our Classic Dessert Station with a collection of Raspberry Chocolate Decadence Cakes, Fresh Fruit Tarts, Vanilla Bean Chocolate Eclairs, Mango and Passion Fruit Macarons, and French Apple Tarts. The evening ended with everyone back inside the Lounge showing off their best dance moves and sharing their well wishes with Justin and Michelle.
