Romance and Ribbons Wedding at Serra Plaza
Cameron popped champagne with her bridesmaids inside the Serra Plaza Bridal Suite while Cameron and his groomsmen suited up in the Lounge. As the wedding party was adding their final touches to their wedding day looks, guests began arriving to the venue. A romantic welcome setup complete with floral and fruit-filled vases, drapery, and photos of the bride and groom greeted guests at the Serra Plaza gates. Everyone signed the guest book, then took a seat inside the Courtyard. Wooden chairs tied with ivory silk bows were set in rows facing the Spanish fountain backdrop that was decorated in white flowers and greenery. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Cameron. In front of all their closest friends and family, the groom and bride recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Guests made their way into the Lounge where Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Lemon Parmesan Artichoke Hearts were being tray passed and a Gourmet Melt Bar with fresh Caprese Melts and hot Roasted Creamy Tomato Soup was served. To wash it all down, Sunrise Spritz and Margarita signature drinks were shaken and stirred at the bar. While everyone mixed and mingled, the newlyweds snuck away for photos together as husband and wife, and photos with their wedding party. Upon their return to cocktail hour, it was time to head back into the Courtyard for the reception.
Vintage inspired candlesticks and candelabras mingled with white floral-filled bud vases, silky bows, and grapes atop reception tables. Once everyone was seated, Cameron and David made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared while Chicken Santorini, Tri-Tip Carvery, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto, Almond Rice Pilaf, Grilled Marinated Vegetables, and Tangerine Pecan Salad was served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Lauren. After dinner, the couple cut into a custom designed Chocolate cake with cream cheese filling crafted by our talented team and invited their guests to indulge in our Kouign Amann Dessert Station. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
