Rainy March Serra Plaza Wedding
Kristina and Kevin added the finishing touches to their wedding day looks then stepped out into the Serra Plaza Courtyard. A tap on the shoulder turned Kevin around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in an off-the-shoulder wedding dress. The couple shared sweet compliments and joined their wedding party dressed in black and sage green for group photos. Smiling for the camera, the group created lasting memories for years to come, then lined up for the ceremony.
Guests entered the Courtyard, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat. Whimsical floral arrangements in white, yellow, and peach decorated the Spanish fountain backdrop. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances and took their place at the head of the aisle. In front of their family and friends, Kristina and Kevin read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
In the Lounge, Polote and Shrimp Ceviche were tray passed while the bar served up Whiskey Sour and Classic Margarita signature cocktails. Guests mixed and mingled while posing for selfies with the bride and groom. Just as the sky turned to dusk, guests checked the seating chart and headed back to the Courtyard for the reception.
Outside, tables were topped with taupe candlesticks and fresh floral bud vases. Kevin and Kristina made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Friends and family shared toasts and Barbacoa Shredded Beef, Honey and Ginger Glazed Salmon, Elote Street Corn, Pineapple Fried Rice, and Ensalada Las Mesas was served. After dinner, guests headed inside to watch the newlyweds cut into their marble wedding cake. The couple shared a bite, toasted with champagne, then invited their guests to indulge in our Latin Dessert Station with a collection of Petite Tres Leches Cakes, Mini Caramel Custard Flan, Coconut Macarons, Churro Eclairs, and Mexican Wedding Cookies. The evening ended with dancing in the lounge and plenty of well wishes shared with the bride and groom.
